At Empowerment Health Solutions, I am dedicated to providing Psychiatric Evaluations, Medication Management and Talk Therapy for Children, Adolescents, and adults and their families, in-Person and or Telehealth. My goal is to empower children and adults through a quick recovery from depression, anxiety, ADHD, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, OCD, ODD, CD, SAD and more. I also work with a dedicated theme of specialist that provide a wide range of Therapy and Holistic Care. As a PMHNP with more than 17 years of experience working as a nurse, I will integrate holistic approach to care, by not only targeting your presenting symptoms but going deep into the origin using evidence based integrative care. You can expect a thorough and informed evaluation, after which I will develop a comprehensive treatment plan that may include medication, talk therapy or a combination of both when appropriate.
Our Holistic treatment approach will empower and promote your highest Functioning, educate and counsel you and your family to increase your mental health awareness and then reduce any stigma associated with your mental healthcare. Together we can explore how imbalance(s) of your mind-body-spirit can affect you and your relationships.
