Bulimia nervosa is an eating disorder in which the individual binge eats and purges. The individual feel like they have lost control overeating and often eat large amounts of food in one sitting. The individual is often filled with regret, guilt and shame after binge eating leading to unproduction behavior to get rid of excess food such vomiting or misusing laxatives.
Symptoms of Bulimia Nervosa include:
– Frequent worries about body weight and shape
– Living in fear of gaining weight and trying to lose weight in unhealthy ways.
– Repeatedly eating unusually large amounts of food in one sitting.
– Feeling a loss of control during binge eating.
– Intentional purging or extreme exercise after binge eating to avoid gaining weight

not needed.
– Fasting with aim of limiting calories by eating certain foods binges.
– Using dietary supplements or herbal products for weight loss.
– Being very unhappy with your body shape and weight.
– Letting your body shape and weight guide how you feel about yourself and your
worth.
– Having extreme mood swings.
